Absolutely, you can make money on Amazon KDP, and creating 100 books shows that you've put in a significant amount of work-that's impressive dedication! Your willingness to share your personal results and insights is incredibly valuable to newcomers and seasoned authors in the self-publishing community. I'm sure many are curious about the actual orders and revenue one can expect, and sharing your 5 tips could be a game-changer for many. If you can, please add a dedicated session for niche research; it would be interesting to see how a different approach might be applied. I'm looking forward to learning from your experience and applying your advice to increase sales and maximize earnings on KDP. Thanks for being open about your journey!
Hi there! You are exactly what I needed today. I am just starting out and currently have two books on Amazon. It hasn't even been a month yet, but I was starting to feel that I was simply succumbing to other people's business ventures. Thank you so much for your honesty, generosity, and helpful advice.
Great to hear that. Keep going with the books! You'll keep learning and getting better at publishing and marketing along the way and the results will come!
What type of books do you create? I have been trying these word searches and low content journals like many youtube channels are doing tutorials on but most have just been blocked. I am trying to not get discouraged. I want to start creating books with more value. Thanks for the video.
I create all kinds. Coloring, journals, word search, activity, puzzle books... If your books are getting blocked you're doing something majorly wrong. Edit: if you're using elements from canva that could be why? Hopefully I can help if you let me know the block message.

Sorry I can't be more specific but it depends on how competitive the niche is, and what I think the earning potential is for ranking on the first page. Likely $50-100
I totally agree for the reviews: you must avoid the 1 and 2 stars. I have a good quality book for kindergarten and 2 bad reviews because people expected to have a thick cover like what they can find from big brands :( It may also come from competitors... when I click on their name, I see that all their reviews are only 1 or 2 stars. Unfortunately, I can do nothing. I continue to sell but no good review is coming to balance that. Have you also experienced that situation?
Sucked it up and created the next one. If the 1 star review seemed spammy/fake I reported it as well to Amazon. Trying to get more sales on it to get reviews to balance it out is viable as well, but will likely cost a decent chunk of change.
