I’ve been struggling with self for quite sometime! I always have a short time I get caught up in selfishness and depression but I always seem to make my way back to being disciplined! God will always call……you just have to answer! He will send little affirmations to bring you back! If you let things in like selfishness,hate,lust ect….it can consume you and take you off your path! I have lived long enough to see myself become the bad guy but I have lived long enough to learn about redemption! We must seek it daily for we are our greatest enemy! To master one’s self is to forgive yourself of your past downfalls and mistakes! I live and love …I learn and heal everyday! Sometimes it takes being broken to become the best version of yourself! To live is to suffer……to suffer is to obtain wisdom and wisdom is of God!

I had nothing but happy dreams probably more than 20 my partner said I was laughing all night long and saying how happy I was in those dreams and the things I've said when I caught my self waking up from them . I love this type of music and everything I do this makes me so happy 😁 I feel well rested woke up at 4:44 in an energized mood . Prior to sleep I meditated read 6 chapters of the power of the subconscious mind wrote positive affirmations in my night book before sleep and it was all positive vibes 🥰 I feel so good 😊
