Folks BEWARE! it's all hunky dory till you don't leave your belongings in the car. After which its the beginning of a most harrowing nightmare. Company will tell you they do not have any responsibility of stuff left behind. They refuse to share their physical address or Driver's details. I happen to be one such unfortunate victim. Its been a month I left my handbag containing money, cards, imp. documents, charger etc. I have CCTV footage of getting into the cab and getting out. i have supervisor's details but sadly no action or support from the company. They told me not to bother to come to them to show the footage. Kindly someone tell them customer service is not about pick up and drop and pocketing money. It starts when a gullible customer needs support and help instead of them shielding and protecting their guilty staff. I was told by them I can go and file a FIR which I have done.
