Cleveland back hurts because the mattress is too Firm. I've been getting firm mattresses for 10 years, and alway woke up with my back and whole body hurting, and having to take muscle relaxers. This year, I decided to get a medium firm. The best purchase ever. I wake up feeling great with no pain. I realized it was the too firm mattress all these years.

girl let me tell you something I learned the hard way. DO NOT do the keto diet. The issue with this diet is you lose weight at an unhealthy rate, you clog your arteries, and most people gain the weight back because it's an unrealistic diet. I lost 80 pounds in a short amount of time and gained every pound back. Please just try a lifestyle change and fixing your own habits

Just a suggestion, use permanent vinyl for your products. That way if they get wet, or by them being in hand a lot, it should stay. I haven’t had any problems myself with the removable but I know some people in my tumbler making group swear by the permanent. Also I need you P.O. Box info. I’m sending y’all some stuff.😊

There are different settings on your Cricut u can set for different types of vinyl. Also, I haven't used cricut brand vinyl myself but read many bad reviews. You can find 651 @ Michael's or check if there's a local vinyl shop near you. Check your settings helps a lot also I've read starcraft hd that suplosed to be a dream to weed or Arteza they have chrome & opal shifting vinyl that supposed to weed like butter.
