Have you considered 3d scanning each separate unpicked pressing to potentially facilitate the remanufacture of Sunbeam bodyshells?...🤔🤔..I'm in awe at your attention to detail and skill in pulling these cars completely apart and rebuilding them from scratch 👍👍

Yes have thought about that, just not enough cars out there or following for that investment.. mk1 escorts have a massive following hence why they new shells are being made

WOW, first class fabrication skills, you definitely got your work cut out with this one. Love to know the cost of this metal work restoration.

I have a problem with my car.
I switch off the ignition when the water temperature is at 90 deg Celsius.
When I try to restart, it's impossible. the temperature is too hot.
So, I put the fan on. When the temperature is 55/60 deg Celsius, I try to start the engine and all is OK...no more problem
Do you think that the problem is the gazoline temp ? Is it vapor lock ?
I have an electric pump (facet red top) and a king filter. and of course two Dell Orto DHLA 45.
Thank you in advance for your advice !

It could be a number of issues there. On the owners club forum there a few threads that can point you in the right direction. Might be worth joint the owners club if your aren’t a member already?
