cool, thanks for the post, I have an odd problem with my stove in that when I go from bake to broil at high temp, it trips the c222 error code and I have to run to the fuse box to reset the breaker. so frustrating, I'm ready to put the oven on a power strip so I can deal with it easier. my old stove never did that. would you say replacing the sensor will help ? thanks and send me a bill :-)
Hi thank you for your video! I did everything you said but my stove won’t display anything? Is there a way to switch on the display pad??? In order to turn on the oven
I don’t have an answer to that. I would check for a loose plug at the board of the display, it should be on the back side. Look for damaged wires also. If not that, it may be a bad display and needs to be replaced. Sorry, good luck
Hi, I had a mouse chew up wires in the back of my stove. I am having a hard time figuring out what goes where. I am getting the c20 error code, but I also have blue wires at the bottom that are completely chewed through. Do you have any idea what they go to?
This video does show the blue wires. I recommend that you search the web for a wire diagram for your model. I will do the same and with that, it should show the color coding and where they go. Good luck. Regards Jack
Rick, in the video it has a screen shot from Amazon with the part number. Mine was not the probe sensor, mice had chewed the wire to the sensor. I just repaired the wire. Hope this helps
If you are getting error code C20, it is most likely the sensor or the wiring leading to the sensor. I would pop off the rear cover and inspect the connector and wiring. If all looks good, the sensor maybe failing.
I changed the sensor and it didn’t fix the C-20. Also after I discovered this I did a ohm test and both sensors are working. So basically I have C-20 but the sensors work fine. So how can i fix it
@@3Gdoggerunfortunately the code was due to a bad computer board and they are one of the more expensive parts to replace. Replacing the board fixed the problem but keep in mind there is two computers (one for the front screen/panel and one in the back of the oven) so you may need to figure out which one is at fault between the two.
@@3Gdoggerobviously you want to try replacing the probe sensor (as this video demonstrates) BEFORE considering the computer board because the probe sensor is much cheaper and likely the culprit

What model do you have?
Sounds like both are trying to operate at the
Same time.

Do you have a part number? Or where did you get your part?

C20 error code I’m getting on the same stove. And the bake is getting to hot. Is the sensor the issue?

C-20 code is for the temp sensor. I would follow the wires and see if there is a break.
I have the same problem. What was the end result ?

I changed that and I am still getting the same error message
@@jax1411 follow the wires from the sensor and see if on is unplugged or damaged. Mice eat mine and a few spots were hard to see
