That's a good line up. Thief is my favorite dps and it's a good build for grinding. What's good about the game is you can experiment with different builds.
The bolded letters in the dialogue, unscrambled, spell out DISCORD, and “break the fourth wall” strongly implies having to go outside the game. My guess is you’re expected to join the official discord channel and find the code there.

Either you add points on your character's Endurance points or buy items with Endurance bonus. There is also a skill (found between Masochist and Vanguard skill trees) that can help with weight.

Yeah I'm one of the closed beta testers. Although open beta testers help with balancing as well.

Just finished the game .. my team comp is plague doctor, tank, thief and necro... its slow dps but the team survives without dying

mine is plague doctor, thief, & twin warrior, the last brutal boss died in one overdrive 😂
I've got 3 characters so far 2 makes with healing and one tank/knight the uses some sells like setup, fireball

No, you just unequip all your gear but you can reequip them after you get the reward.
How do you get the code? Is there an item to discover or is it a riddle?
I got it through trial and error to be honest. You get a reward (usually a very good item) for solving the riddles.
