The video is annoying because of the camera man, making the focus on you does not show us the property or what it offers, although you are excellent and the property is beautiful, but the video will get a dislike. You need to change the stacker
You're Absolutely right. It looks like an incredible penthouse apartment but we'll never know because the cameraman only took Ashley. Shame. That's why I gave this video a thumbs down.
I was just about to comment the same thing! He's explaining how nice everything looks to us while the camera stays focused on the guy. We want to see the home.

Not bad but overpriced when taking into account comparable properties and price per square foot (of let's say 421 Broome or the Puck penthouse relative to this one)

When 70% of the video just shows the presenter waving his hands around instead of the property, you know they haven't a clue how to document and showcase spaces. Utter waste of time.
