Wet v. Dry glaze glass railing (not fence) actually refer to the glass shoe systems not the anchors. Dry glaze is a mechanical system in the shoe that clamps the glass panels in the shoe. In a wet glaze system the shoe is filled with grout and the glass is held in place when the grout hardens......btw 1/2" epoxy anchors 12" oc should calc with either wet or dry shoe.
You have no idea what wet glazed and dry locked mean. You don't set bolts in grout, and they don't freeze in place. You can't eyeball 3/8"? I hope you have good business insurance.

People this is a perfect example where makeshift contractor starts installing somebody’s products!!! From my experience I would say that’s a CR Lawrence product read some lecture about it and then post UA-cam videos.
