Mera baccha . Vector ka isliye karte hain kyunki usase pata chal jata hai ki kahin vector ka fragmentation to nahi ho gya agar ek se jada restriction site for particular enzyme tha . We don’t want vector to be fragmented. Agar ek se jada band ban gaya vector ka to Matalb fragmented h
