- Hi, I´m Elena and today I made an #underthesea #themed #cake. For this design I used two 9 inch (22 cm) round cake pans. A vanilla blue colored sponge cake filled with blue vanilla buttercream covered with fondant and smashed cookies.

Thank you so much for posting this! I followed your video for my daughter's birthday cake and it turned out very well. No where near as professional looking as yours as it was my first ever try at baking and decorating anything, but I got so many compliments. i even ordered the baby Moana figure you used. My daughter loved it too which was the most important thing.
