I actually received my BTartbox yesterday and already didmy own nails yesterday. I am so happy with this brand. Definitely will save me $100's of dollars a year from having to get my nails professionally done.
🙏Thank you for this video. It sealed the deal for me to purchase some BTartbox nails (kit). I put my 1st set on tonight, the short, pink French tips. I’m a newb and the nails came out so good. So easy. So pretty. Sold. I look forward to getting more nails from BT. These nails/set is a total game changer. Love. Love. 🤍
Aww that's wonderful to hear, I'm so happy you liked them!! The French especially look very beautiful and so easy to do compared to a free hand french! 💅🏽🫶🏼
@@EnchantedNailsByAmanda I can’t even do poly gel, I can only imagine how hard it would be to do a hand painted french. Oy! You have gorgeous hands and I dig your videos. Thanks for all the tips you give us 🙏
I get this brand all the time from Amazon and I JUST decided to try their UV Lamp Set. Thanks so much for the breakdown, you helped me realize I wasn’t curing the nails long enough for maximum hold. This will be super helpful when I give my Mum her next mani 🤩😊 Great vid!
Oh that's lovely! Hmm you could buy a seperate matte top coat or if you have a 100/180 grit buffer that can work - top coat and cure, then use the 100 side of the buffer over the entire nail, then go over witht the 180 side of the buffer - this will give a semi matte finish, just don't over buff or it will give more shine xo
Hey, I haven't had any issues with peeling myself, however will try to help.. are you finding it peeling completely off? A few tips I can suggest is you can wipe the nail with alcohol before applying top coat, if using alcohol this won't remove the french design. Also ensure you ain't applying the top coat duo too thickly, as this can effect how well it will cure which may cause chipping. Hope this helps ! xo
Subscribed!! What an amazingly informative video on this product! I have just bought a set online and i am a bit nervous. I so appreciated all the steps you covered and the explanations along the way with your video. I am saving your video to my favourites and will use this (play/pause) when my kit arrives and i apply for the first time. THANK YOU 👍🙂. PS... did you do a video on how to remove these?
Aww thank you so much! I really appreciate your comment ♥️♥️ I'm glad you found it helpful! And you'll do amazing applying yours I'm sure!! I don't have a video up yet of removing them! I'll try do one soon! They're very easy to remove though, I clipped them down and soaked in acetone ♥️♥️
Oh really that's great you have them! Nice to hear others opinions, I'll deffo be using them again and adding some nail art! Thank you for watching! Xo
Hey! I only wore them for a week as I had other nail products I wanted to try however they were still lasting fine and think they would have easily lasted another week.. no chipping or anything, they wore really nicely ♥️ I'm going to film another set soon with nail art over the top! You'll love wearing them and they're easy to apply x
@@EnchantedNailsByAmanda good to know! I applied mine last night with the added layer of builder gel and they turned out amazing. Hopefully they last at least 2 weeks and I’ll be happy 👍🏽 Happy Friday!
I wanted to love these but they do not look good on short nail beds like mine because they are so sheer. I cut my nails short before using full tips. These are so sheer that you could see through them past my finger tip making it obvious that they were tips .I might try polishing a thin coat of sheer on the under side before I attach them to see if it will make it less sheer . I do love btartbox nails so I’ll try again
I understand what you mean, you can see on my set that I have short nails which do show through but I think I was lucky it wasn't too noticeable with the shade I had. Hopefully they bring out more opaque shades in the future! ♥️
Update it looks like they re-designed the French tips BT art box that is they are no longer completely see-through and completely long so I should be able to use them again
Oh they look fabulous Amanda I'm really interested in seeing nail art on top of these frenchies...how shiny is that top coat oh my 😍...just a head's up I'm going into hospital in a few hour's to have my knee replacement surgery so I might not be around as much...4-5 day's in hospital then I'm being transferred to a private rehab hospital for 7-10 day's...wish me luck I'm very nervous xo 💜💅💜
Hey lovely! Thank you - I'll definitely be doing another set and adding some stamping and crystals I think!! Oh dear lovely, I hope all goes well with your surgery and the recovery, sounds painful 🩷 thinking of you, make sure to get plenty of rest! Xx
This was so helpful, Amanda. I'm curious if you or anyone else here has had issues with the gel glue failing to fully cure. I know the tips are very light in color, but any time there is color on the enhancement, I worry the gel will not fully cure. Would love to hear others' experience with this system.
Hey! Thank you for watching! No I never had any issues with the gel curing, I've used 3 different types of the BTartbox tips (2 coloured and one clear) and all the time the gel seems to have fully cured and the nails lasted 💖
@@EnchantedNailsByAmanda Thanks for the additional information! I did a set of these in the natural pink color recently (using your tips) and have gotten so many compliments!
@@EnchantedNailsByAmanda thank you so much, your video was very helpful So far my nails are going on 5 days almost 6! Fingers crossed they last 2 weeks in total
You can file the ones that are slightly wider so that they also fit ♥️ but you probably will get a couple sizes that go to waste - they're popular brand though so you should be able to find people to swap sizes with (I know a few who do this) x
I found them really easy to remove! I clipped down the length so they was just a tiny bit longer than my natural nail, I then filed off the top coat and builder gel, and removed the nail tips with acetone (they soaked off in acetone quickly, by cutting down the length and filling off the gel it sped things up)

Are you using nail glue or the gel? I find it so much easier with the gel as it's a lot easier to control, if you do get it on the skin you can wipe off before curing ❤️

The mini lamp flash cures to hold the nail in place, once you have all 5 nails in place you can cure that hand in your main uv light and then move on to the next hand 💖 they last a good 2-3 weeks with no issues x
