- Have you ever wondered why tires expand when they are heated? Why do balloons rise when they are filled with hydrogen or helium? How were the Gas Laws discovered and why are they so important when predicting the weather? In this video, we look at Gay Lussac's Law and Avogadro's Law, which explain the relationships between gas amount, temperature and pressure. We also look at how the Gas Laws are combined in one equation - the Ideal Gas Law.
