I have been planning weekly meals for over 30 yrs, prevents a lot of stress. I keep my home very uncluttered as I find my anxiety much worse when I have too much stuff around me. I have told my adult children, husband and friends to please not give me gifts anymore as I have everything I need, I think it takes the stress off them too 👍🏼

Yes we all make our lives harder than necessary! I’m trying to work on saying No, trying to help myself a bit. I’ve noticed too, that the more reliant on technology we are the more we think we can do it all - that fast! “Slow Living” content is so popular: as we drive ourselves to keep up with tech. Before the computer/electronic era it was just called Living. I found your video really thoughtful and just considering any one of your suggestions would be a positive change. Thanks🐇🇨🇦
