The "difference" lie on the diction & the handling of the English lyrics.. you see, guys, Filipinos have been speaking English since the early 1900s when the Philippines became a Commonweath of the U.S. Koreans started learning English only after the Korean War..so there, folks..Any rendition of a song with English lyrics will be delivered better by a Filipino singer-enterainer..btw..if Waleska comes into a gathering of Filipinos,,you could mistaken as a local especially if you can speak a little Tagalog and cover a Filipino song..

In kdramas, I see Koreans doing karaoke when they're drunk. And they do it in karaoke bars. In the Philippines they do it without alcohol, at homes, in schools, on the streets, in malls, at parties, anywhere, anytime, anyway.
