Actually, this is a discarded song from the album they scrapped before Danger Days. It's circa 2008 or so. I think they kinda turn the punk sound on and off -- it wasn't really there in Black Parade because that album was so theatrical, but you can hear some of that type of influence in some tracks on Danger Days. Oh, and since this is actually a video of someone playing the bass, I feel compelled to mention that I do like the bass playing very much.
