Your dad has such a big and bright smile that I think you inherited :) As for his rating, I'm going to guess like ~1500-1600? Definitely not someone who can assess that properly though haha Great video as always!
He played second game very well.. I can try to guess his elo.. Ummmmm.. According to his first game, looks like he's 1300+ but after watching second game I felt he's 1500+.. So I'm going with 1470..
He seemed around 1500-1600 in the first game, but the second game looked much better, maybe 1800 Performance, so i would guess his overall rating around 1700-1750 elo, 1800 at best
So cute. My dad never plays any more and it’s awkward as hell when ever he’s around a chessboard, so kudos to your dad for having the balls to lose to his kid.
The last time I played my dad I was 13 or 14 years old. He used to play Battle Chess all the time on the computer, and I only played with friends from school starting when I was 9-ish. It was a quiet afternoon, and I'd set up the board to play against myself (awkward shy kid). My dad offered to play a game with me. A few moves in, he lost his smile, got his serious face on. Then he started getting angry, and then he hung his queen. I took it. He stood up from the board in a fit and stomped upstairs without saying a word to me, just left me sitting there not knowing what to do except to pick up the pieces. I don't think I touched a chess piece again until after binging The Queen's Gambit with my wife, 23 years later. I have no idea what your dad's chess rating is, but his "dad Elo" looks north of 2000+ from what I saw. Happy you've got what you've got. :)
Good times. My dad taught me how to play. Did you manually enter these moves for the video? I thought you needed a DGS smart chess board to capture moves. Please explain this sorcery.
I am a little afraid to guess what your father's rating is because I'm sure he's alot better than myself. But guessing with respect to others who easily beat me, I'd say 1800 to 2150. Sorry for the wide range, but I'm not nearly as good. He looks young and in good shape and won't try to guess his age. You're both good, modest people.
No hecklers, no pressure.... Just a nice relaxing game.... Not sure if your dad was the one who taught you but the video brings me back to those days when me and my dad would play a best of 3....
😱 Nemo, you cheat! Your time went up 5 seconds the first 5 or so times you hit the clock!!! It was 4:57 to 5:23 at one early point! Poor Dad was having to play up, he didn't need a handicap! 😂😂 Seriously you might want to have your clock checked, it really did act up. Edit: ok, I watched again and realized both clocks were doing it, it was just more obvious on Nemo's side because she seldom went below 5 minutes. Still think your clock is wocky! 😂
@@zenmaster1958 I played USCF chess for over a decade, but it was in the 70s & 80s, in the 90s I had a disagreement with the chess organizer of the state I moved to, and quit playing professionally. He looks so young, if the title didn't say Dad, I would've said older brother
Younger bro

I think so too! :D

I really appreciated how he smiled while you were beating him. It was a sign of a very proud dad.
he's absolutely awesome :')

What does it matter what his elo is when he’s got a daughter with 2500.
@@jamesroberts1964 well youre right but his 2500 daughter asked specifically for evaluations sir

Your dad is humble. He should be as good as you when he was younger.
He's still pretty young
What's your dad's elo Nemo? Is your mom or dad a better chess player?
Her dad is better 👍
So cute. My dad never plays any more and it’s awkward as hell when ever he’s around a chessboard, so kudos to your dad for having the balls to lose to his kid.
He seems as lovely and nice to me as you do! Really a dad to be proud of!
YOUR DAD seems like a great player and a great person in general
Big 👍up to your dad for making such a masterpiece. I appreciate your vids 😘
Dad: 95% proud of you and 5% she crushed me twice! lol
What a cool video Nemo! Glad you had this throwback moment after all those years! He seems like an awesome dad!!! :)
he definitely is an awesome dad :)
You're the female version of him..
Dude wth at least give him time odds or pieces.
Need to limit those background noises somehow. Still, good content!
There is no point in guessing your dad's elo when you said his elo a bunch of times on streams 🤷♂️
what is it

Your dad is letting u win coz he loves u much as his daughter..😍
I don't think so...
Nemo is wgm and her father has Respect for that title
Usually dads don't hold back when playing competitive sports/games against their child. I think he was trying to defeat her.
Surely u don’t call clock on him hahah give him an extra few minutes to finish

Do you play chess now with ur family?
Automatic gunfire going off in the back ground from 5:16...........doesn't bat an eyelid......rough neighbourhood ??
Nemo and dad..casualy playing chess in the middle of a shootout ...m245 in the background.
I don't know why but these two look like strangers to each other
Is your dads name Marlin?
Lovely to see you with your father :)
That was just wonderful. And the fact that they used a fold up chess board was so cool.
Perhaps 1400-1500 ELO.
Hi dad 💙💙💙🇵🇭
Games with mom and dad are always the best
excellent father and daughter match!!!
Now we see where you get your smiling habits from lol
Sweet, I’m sure he’s very proud of you.
Your Father so good for you in Chess-Playing... but who has known the mind of your Father(smilling face).

How very sweet. God bless your dad. Thank you for sharing.😀

Nice games! That background sound reminds me of living in North Little Rock in the 1990s and hearing gunfire at least weekly...
Your Dad's jersey is the best outfit on the channel so far
I say he's about 1200, probably because he doesn't play for quite a long time.
Damn it, R×N on e2 I'm sure I would not have seen and that's disappointing. Uggg
Good Dad = Good Daughter
You may have been duped Nemo. This person who is acting like he is your dad is younger than you :D
He looks to be about a 1900 rating, possibly better but a bit rusty after not playing for an extended time.
He's a very nice and happy guy and looks so young.
i can see where u got ur smile nemo. lovely games :)
You are a very strong player and a gorgeous girl
You both seem to have a good relationship .. no ego tripping or pride issues, just chilling.
I think your dad,s rating would be 2850
2850 thats supergm level tho maybe you meant 1850
Да, батя сильно «зевает», видно давно в шахматы не играл, тебе его нужно потренировать..чем вообще он занимается?
This is so cute. I hope to be in your position in the next 10 to 15 years so that I can see what it’s like to experience this 😊🙌
Those Asian genes have him looking almost like your brother instead of dad 😂
Very wholesome video
Blunderd on move 1 in game 2 you just see the evalbar plumiting down
Same smile, it looks good on him also.

My favorite Woman Grandmaster Nemo. Very beautiful. Im hoping to see you someday ☹️☹️ This is my wish 😋
Hi dad 💙💙💙from Macedonia
The 3rd game would probably be even more competitive. I would say your dad is 1300 something.
The real question is when was the last time he asked you when to get married 😂

With little first hand experience, 1,500 Elo
Your Dad is a supporter of the German football team ?! Or is he ? Regards from Munich / Germany !
Rusted 1600 maybe? U could see that he hasnt played chess in a while on how he responds to moves. Overall he's a good player.
What will happen when you become your own father's father? Paradox?
Dad was so nice not castling first game!! 2nd game was decent 1800/1900 or so i do believe you said so
Canadas suburbia:)?

1200 (?) but with practice he would improve rapidly.
Your dad looks younger than me. BRB, hitting the gym and crying.
Omg, I'm so excited to see how this goes down!

Wait... I thought your dad was marlin
Is the game so intense there is machine gun fire?
