- Fitting Royal Enfield Handle Bars, Bark Buster Handguards and heated grips to the Royal Enfield Himalayan. A seemingly simple task, that turned into a 3 day ordeal!
Hi 👋 in UK is very hard to find a mechanic..you are very at this job…if I were you I will open side garage for motorcycle and you help all the motorcycles…well done my friend very beautiful video keep it up 👍
Appreciate your kind words, although I just learn as I go. I'm no expert! 😊
Not got the sticky throttle mod from the neos then😂
Not yet.....
What is the module under the rear seat ?
Please hold off any engine mods until you've done more than 2500mi/4000km on the bike. It takes a while for the bike to adapt to the rider and vice versa - you'll be surprised how it improves. Anything dangerous though, like if you can't see enough in the mirrors, needs to be fixed of course. And check the USB port works before you need it (if you have one, 2023 models might).
No USB on mine that I've seen, although it does have the tripper, which some don't. 100% holding off on the engine mods for now 😊
@TheHimalayanDiaries Check under clutch lever bracket for a small black box. Spring loaded lid faces ignition. You would have noticed it during the handlebar swap. If you don't have USB, I'd consider adding that to the to-do list.
How does a 3 hour job take 3 days?
I'm still asking myself the same question!
