Good call on the Initiator, I prefer the look of that silhouette to the P-6000s. The best sneaker omitted from this list is the NB 2002R. A really solid all around shoe that I look forward to putting on.
Agree on Vomero's. But damn I got them at the wrong time because that chill really penetrates the mesh. Will def try get P6K and Initiator's this year, as well Asics Gels
In the Nike initiator love them same colour as you have and a pair of Vomero 5 I find the toe area of the vomero a bit strange it’s kinda square or something
Just grabbed myself a set of gel nyc's in the reddish brown and black yesterday. They look amazing👌🏾 I went with my normal size of 10.5us and they fit and feel pretty nice. I cant wait to put them to use and see how they are in the next month or two. This is a change for me because i normally wear shoes like adidas superstars and skater shoes. I also wear sambas but usually only as driving shoes when i go to the track or autocross. Im def excited for this, i hope it helps my knee😅
The Nike Initiator is a mix of the Gel-1130 and NB 530. The panel with the boxes-gel-1130, toe-box 530 and then that shark fin cutout on the midsole 1130/530. Nike had to go and ruin it with the mini Swoosh on the toe-box, would’ve looked much cleaner without imo.
As someone with wide feet and walks a lot, the NBs 9060s are def not very comfortable. As cool as they look, I would not recommend them as daily walkers, unless its maybe just a single trip to the mall.
Here in Brazil, most of these sneakers don't come to the country and when they come, it's overpriced and really difficult to buy. Then you may think "well, you can just ship it from somewhere else" Here we pay 60% of the total value in taxes. IT JUST SUCKS
@ yeah ure right. Its more as a weight supportive category. Less padding.. but it sustain through long distance walking and wont feel a tick.. compare to a vomero 5 lets say..
I‘d personally add Mizuno (maybe Wave Rider Beta) to the list. In addition, I‘d choose a 990v4 or 5, 2002R and 9060 over a 990v6 any day of the week. They‘re just too unstable compared to the other models imo and way too long.

I love when you put Nike Initiator in this list because it's very underrated for me.
Hy cheap af too

You Sir are the official Vomero embassador 😅
1906s are also super comfy IMO.
Great content as usual. Thanks for including size comparisons. Very helpful video
Thank you

Yes definitely not a shoe for the winter
Depends on the colorway. A lot of non mesh options too with the V5
@@rickydavis1051 fainyi thought they all had that same ventilation

once you try asics you not going back brother
New balance 610 underrated and pretty comfy I started seeing slot of collabs with it
Yeeee JD 9060 lit most comfortable love them
I find the GT2160 the most comfy ASICS after trying the other 2 you mentioned, also I think they look the best
Saucony Shadow 6000 are my go to. I had Vomero, Gel NYC, Kayano 14 and 1130 but Shadow 6000 is the most comfortable.
New balance more V4 also the more v5 you won't beat the max cushion..I also like the vomero 16 and 17 great comfort.
My everyday sneaker is a pair of Air Force One toasty version. They are grey/black so they go with all my outfits.

Huh, I have 4 pairs of them and have wide feet. They don’t give me any issues at all
Had a 7day trip in Japan with 9060, walking all day long didn’t had any pain, I have really wide feet
@@rickydavis1051 i guess its just a matter of personal preference.
@@maxteh8147 interesting, I wont give up on them yet, but they're far from being a top contender for personal comfort.
990v6, vomero5, 1130 the best in comfort🔥
Nike p-6000 looks the best on your feet.👍
Hey, can I get an ID on the light wash denim you paired with the Vomeros?

Yea unfortunately a lot of that has to do with how much the Brazilian currency has dropped I know it sucks for sure
Great list, Gel-kayano 14 for me all day!
Thats a go to for sure
Those adidas look so orthopedic. New Balance stopped making orthopedic shoes and Adidas was like let’s start making them
You think so? I think the design is pretty streetwear inspired
Well they are comfortable shoes
Right now most comfortable shoes are the john geiger 004s .... try it
ON shoes?
Cheapest "comfy" shoes: Adidas Spiritain 2000 and also Mizuno MXR sportstyle sneaker
Initiator is very comfortable and long lasting shoe
Yea for that price too it’s great
Salomon shoulve worth a mention, but good list!
Tbh I don’t think Salomons are that comfy

are there sneaker that aren't ugly is my quest
😂
Problem with comfy shoes is they are so chunky IMO 😅
I think not all of them are as chunky, like Vomeros for example have very good cushioning but the midsole is not so big
990s do not go on sell. Vomero 5 and most asics are the most comfortable for me.
I finally took your advice and went TTS in the 990v6. The 0.5 size difference for length isn’t much and there’s normal room through the mid foot
I‘d personally add Mizuno (maybe Wave Rider Beta) to the list.

NB rebel v4
looks more like a dad shoe list
New Balance more 5 is very comfortable and will make your legs looks longer😂😂😂
The Adidas should be free because by Thor, those are ugly.
