Hay Jamie what about the plow point configuration? Great video..bought this poncho a year ago ..used it twice as shelter both time no troubles in stormy weather. It rides in my Haversack 90% of the time due too the fact it's my :OH SHIT EMERGENCY SHELTER.
Really good review. Very thorough and well explained and demonstrated. Going to get one of these to walk the Pennine Way.
A poncho and the top quilt / poncho liner together is and awesome combo . Good review thanks for sharing
Was the best review I have found. I am going to try this poncho. Thanks bro for your time and great job. 👍👍

You're welcome
I'm a big fan of the Froggtogg Poncho backed up with the thermarest Honcho Pancho.
I haven't used them. I do have the standard froggtog rain suit that's pretty handy.
Good job you sold me I just bought it on Amazon Loved the video
Great review, thank you!
Thanks
@@BurningRiverBushcraft You're welcome!
Can you "connect" TWO of the OneWind poncho's together to make a larger shelter ? I see Velcro where the snaps would normally be...
I could definitely "Bushcraft " something but they don't just snap together.
Nice one 😊

Plow Point is a great shelter. It's the fastest shelter to set up.
Great review. Do you think it would work with a USGI ponco liner? Thanks.
It would work with the Onewind Top Quilt. I am not a fan of the woobie
@@BurningRiverBushcraft Thanks.
just keep eye on any stretch cord knots they will come undone..
n keep eye onstitching they dont always tie off endsfully
otherwise great gear
r
Is it as heavy duty like a usgi poncho
Not at all. Single use emergency poncho
What size did you test? I see there is 89" x 56" and 98" x 56".
I'm 6' 6" so just wondering which one is in the video?
I don't recall specifying a size. Probably the larger size.
Killer review! Are you still using and enjoy this? Also, just curious what kind of stakes you used for the shelter section?
Thanks!
I don't remember. It looks like I just grabbed sticks off the ground
Clip is way better and versatile, they cheap out with Velcro not good:(
Haha. Running commercials on a commercial.
