I think this is a great cardio drill!! Looks like everyone is having fun. As far as the music, the classes need to be scheduled around leagues for sure.
Yes, but for goodness sake, don't roll the balls up to the net. These balls will keep bouncing out when there is net impact. Roll the balls to the side. Even the pro was rolling balls up to the net.
You call this cardio fitness!?? There’re people standing around in the back, not moving, that’s not cardio! The feeder should only feed two balls to each approaching person, or maybe even one volley, so everyone can keep on moving, constantly...this is a damn clinic! Just because the woman is screaming and talking fast, it doesn’t make a tennis class, is a tennis cardio class!
@@mariodorado2680 All good brother. I thought so too way too much standing around however it is fun. But your right the cardio tennis class I ran is intense. A few courts going with no stopping and small breaks. All good
Drills are great but the music needs to go. You have tennis clubs now blasting music while other matches are being played and players are wanting to cancel tennis memberships because of this.
Mark kerber that’s a good point Mark! At our club Dmb Village in Arizona. We do not at 6am which there are maybe just 2-3 people in our 14 courts. Once a week at 6pm where the courts are all packed but the members know it’s cardio and they know it’s a hour. Your point is great though. It is true members do get upset. Thanks for your comment.
The Instructor is doing a great job of managing the energy and vibes.
yes they do a great job

I love the music -- yessss
It makes all the difference
So energetic most importantly everyone is cooperation for helping pick up the balls as needed not like some spoiled junior tried to hide.
👌🏿
Nice ball clearing awareness! No ankle sprains on your court coach!
hey Jeff well you know safety is important

Instructor talking nonstop. Give the players some peace to enjoy the game.
I feel like that in a lot of tennis coaches talk to much.
Adds to the energy
@@JeffreySmallwoodThen tell them to stop

The USTA is becoming more like the Army everyday. A real cringe video. Exactly WHAT is this drill sergeant trying to achieve ? ;)
Roland Becker hahaha Drill sergeant lol just to keep everyone moving and hitting balls and get that heart rate pumping. Lol
If this is what army looks like, sign me up :-)
This drill exercise helps to keep the players alert and to accurately strike the balls. I love the drill Roland
