Hi! Most multi-needle embroidery machines do not have an air threader, because they are not needed. Our machines are designed to make threading easy-using the included tool, you can easily push the thread through the tube without hassle. Plus, the Creator comes pre-threaded, so when it’s time to change thread spools, you can just tie the new thread to the existing one and pull it through smoothly. We also provide helpful video tutorials that show you exactly how to do this, available when you purchase your machine! That being said, as we expand our line of machines for the craft sector this is something we will look into for future models.

So there is a one problem .. hemant is a owner of the company and he is a very unprofessional person. I order the machine 20 August 2024, and I already pay 90% amount. Still he didn't deliver the machine. I started a startup and I got a first 500 tshirt order but I feel I loose the order within few days.. today I already complaint in consumer court. But it's taken time to take a action on him. So if you help me to contact with hemant and take action on him, I don't how help me out ..
