Thank you very much for this, very comprehensive. This video allowed me to resurrect my “Green Screen of Life” from the “White Screen of Death” and I’m so happy. Keep up the good work guys. 😁
Hello, Nico! If you don't find .htaccess file, make sure you've enabled the option to display hidden files (if on File Manager and SSH). If you still can't find it, you can easily create an empty file and name it .htaccess. Our system will instantly detect it and process all code you typed into that file 🤗
Hello thank you for this video, Please I use digital ocean to set up my WordPress website and I don't know how to solve it here as your video is talking about cpanel. Please can you make a video on how to resolve it on digital ocean?
Hey there, you can still use the steps in this video despite of what theme you're using. Consider also to check the written version of this video: www.hostinger.com/tutorials/fix-wordpress-white-screen-of-death 😊
Hey there! The maximum file upload size you can set in MultiPHP Ini depends on several factors, including the server's available resources and the limitations set by your hosting provider. Increasing the file upload size limit can have an impact on server resources, such as memory usage and CPU usage. Therefore, it's important to be mindful of these resources and not set the limit too high, as it can negatively affect the performance of your website and other websites hosted on the same server. It's also important to note that increasing the file upload size limit may not solve all issues related to uploading large files to your website. You may also need to adjust other settings, such as the maximum execution time and maximum memory limit, to ensure that your website can handle large file uploads. We hope it helps, but if you have any other questions, please write them here or send us an email at support@hostinger.com 🙏🏻

Very helpful, just don’t get how to reinstall the faulty theme. Can anyone tell me that?
Hey there!
Try to uninstall the theme and then re-download it. Of course, before making such changes we recommend generating backups first 😊
