Tried everything. Finally found out that it was the cache plugin that wasn't optimized to run with the latest wordpress version. You sure do save the best for the last!😁
You really saved my life, I updated the PHP version for a client and eventually the WordPress died. Thank you so much. Life will bless you with amazing things because I have not enough to tell you how gratefull I am hahaha. Have nice day!
like you told at 9:23, i did exactly same and refreshed the website, no debug.log file has created , i also reload the files clicking reload button. any suggestion?
You may want to try any options you missed from our written article below and you would likely want to reach out to your hosting provider to see if they can find a specific error as well. www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-wordpress-white-screen-of-death/
I'm experiencing the WOD daily, only with specific pages. Clearing the cache always fixes the issue. Does that mean that it is most likely an issue with the cache plugin? Or would it be best to go through the other troubleshooting tips as well? Additionally the issue is only present on the live site, not on any staging site. I do understand you can't provide a 100% solve given that you don't know the tech stack, mainly looking for advice.
If it is only an issue when your caching plugin is active, we would recommend reaching out to the support for your caching plugin and they can normally help troubleshoot to prevent the issue to prevent it in the future.
I had an issue with a white screen shown when doing certain actions and saving. One of the themes having extra spaces(line breaks) after php tag. I found this out - "(This error may have been caused by the blank spaces before the start of the file or after the end of the file. These blank spaces should not be here."). Once enabling debugging via webconfig file, It pin pointed to the file that was causing a "modifying header" error. I removed the spacing it it fixed the issues.

Had this issue with WP 6.5.4 producing white screens on any new/edit post/pages. Easiest solution was to revert back to WP 6.3 using the Wordpress Downgrade plugin.
I have no idea how people can work with in on a daily basis. I have just updated my LITERALLY the text with my theme and it ruined my whole evening. It just doesnt work. The way to even try to fix it is ridiculous. Something happen and we don't know what. lol. Nothing worked. Still blank page. I have reinstall again everything.
@@wpbeginner Hey. I didnt mean your channel or providing solutions. I mean wordpress is ridiculous. How easy you can break it and you dont even know where the error might be. I have reinstalled wordpress and the problem has vanished. I just couldnt belive and i was angry. Greetings

You would want to check with your hosting provider in case they have a setting that may be overriding your debug log setting.

@@wpbeginner Thanks for the video, I did test plugins and themes and did determine a theme was causing the issue, which helped.

Apologies that you ran into this issue. It's very uncommon to run into the white screen error.
