As an outsider/stranger, I can clearly see your growth!! 4 years is not *that* long when you think long term! If you are enjoying what you are doing where you are, then don’t feel like you should go elsewhere. I think something to help could be joining new projects or helping your team in another way. Not to mention you are growing so much in your UA-cam as well! You are so successful!!
