This was finally the trailer to do SOMETHING for me. I'm with Rudy at the beginning where the marketing has been incredibly intentionally vague compared to BOTW's, but the new sandbox mechanics are SOOO cool on that half of the spectrum to encourage so much experimentation....Now the world on the other hand...that is something I haven't gotten the sense of how new it is.
Oh yeah, the marketing has totally been vague, and I hope it pays off. Like I said in the video, I love Majora's Mask and that game was pretty smart in reusing assets in ways that enhanced what was already there, hoping TOTK does the same. - Onix
I believe considering how much they keep emphasizing “new” Hyrule, and “unfamiliar” it is a multitude of times throughout the video…
I think it will be a significant enough change to the old BotW map to feel new and fresh.
The recall ability reminds me of It Takes Two (where the wife could clone herself and the husband could rewind time for choice objects).
Ok, now I could see it and jfc, it's beautiful.
Love the new gameplay mechanics. I hope it doesn't make the game too easy. We still better get diving and caves/dungeons though. But no dive button when he was in the water. T_T
And I hope weapons last longer or have some kind of thing you can do to weapons to mitigate it. I don't like that weapon clipping through the ground.
Just sell your Switch to buy the new one... I don't get it.
Pretty sure that fusing weapons will give them more durability compared to whatever it was before you fuse it.
I could sell my Switch but I'd still have to pay the difference, and I can't personally justify that right now.
@ Yeah that's what was shown, but I meant the base durability should be raised. Yeah ok then I understand. I will hopefully upgrade to it in a few years. orz

No, just want a decent trailer. BOTW wasn't spoiled by the footage they released before that game came out.
@ To think in A Link to the Past, Link could use swords and shields. But with these new abilities, Link is SUPERMAN??? LOL!
