Needles Underpass Livestream

Needles 8ft Underpass is located in Needles, CA. It is on one of the main roads connecting the north and south sides of town. There are numerous signs (warning and detour) starting a half mile up the street. Even with all the precautions the city has put in place, to prevent the carnage, there are still people who test the underpass' huge protection barrier, and lose.
