The ravens secondary hasn’t faced a receiver core like Cincinnati this year yet.
They've generally done fairly well against Chase and Higgins since 2022, but we'll see.
They went up against Kansas City in Week 1 with Rice, Worthy, and JuJu, plus Adams, and CeeDee. Plus they've fared well against Cincy's offense since 2022.

On paper, it's a total mismatch. Bengals, awful run defense, against Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson. Ravens Pass Rush going up against this Bengals O-line. Ravens defense has held Joe Burrow in check over the last 2 years, but that was with Macdonald at the helm, so take that with a grain of salt, but it's still the same guys back there. I think Ravens go into Cincy and Lamar goes to 9-2 against Cincy, and Ravens win 31-21

If the Bengals win, its because they turned it into a "who touches it last" boat race and Baltimore's secondary has their worst game of the season. If the Ravens win, its likely because they got into a positive game script and embarrass the Bengals.
That said if Henrickson doesn't come back close to full strength it gets really hard to see how the Bengals don't get run into the ground, he's most of their pass rush and a key run defender also.
