    We claim to have no time but we spend at least 30 min eating. Equalize this minimally by spending the same amount of time on exercise and physical activity. In NYC I've found it easy to get my 30 min workout walking to and from the subway, 15 min each way, do jumping jacks while listening to the morning news, awesome workout, absolutely love the jumping jacks with a few karate kicks thrown in to vary it. Try shadow boxing too. Kill two birds with a stone. Come on people, let's show the world that we are New Yorkers! Go Healthy NYC!
