Today I casted concrete cube how to measure 7 & 28days strength . When water is added to cement or when cube is put in the water pond. Please clarify the date of testing immediately sir

what a standard of cube moulds that have more than 5mm gap down side. IS 10086 specify ± 0.2mm tolerance. Are these standard moulds?

You don't get mould of this size. You need to tailor make it.

@@yd_engineer420 more compaction is fine. Less is not good. Minimum of 35 for 150mm (6inch) cubes. 25 for 100mm (4inches)

Not 35 times
No. In slump cone test you should 25 blows in 3 layers but in cube mould it will be 35 blows in 3 layers.
35 tamps per layer minimum in 150mm mould, 25 in 100mm mould.
Using a tamping BAR not a rod.
