    Thanks!
Incredible set of finds deep inside that bunker. Shame I couldn't quite make out the nameplate on the generator, it would be great to see that cleaned up.
The battery bank would have been to supply emergency power if the generator stopped. The panel looked to be a charger / regulator. Interesting that the battery cells were Nickel Cadmium.

Incredible. You're so lucky to find such a bunker. I guess it was sealed up right after the war and has stayed that way until recently when someone broke through the brick wall. Quite an amazing site to get to wander through. The tunes in the intro definitely gets us into the mood for another WW2 History Hunter adventure. Could hear EE excitement in the background, "Charge and attack." :) A shame some of the metal was stolen. Would have been nice to see it in it's original form. That Bunker was massive with the ventilation shaft still intake, the rads for the heating system, bunks, shelves, work bench, sinks, urinals, toilets, transformer, generator, room for the range finder. The shower set up in the entranceway was well thought out so the German soldiers could decontam before entering the Bunker. They thought of everything. It did look like maybe a fire had occurred there or maybe from some equipment? Cool tunes EE, "Walking in the Bunker". Wow, so many levels unbelievable. It is a shame that the German WW2 equipment hasn't been moved to a museum. Right you are EE one of the Top Ten journeys back in time. INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! You are going back aren't you. That is worth a repeat visit. I want that on my bucket list. Thank you HH and EE.

I have to agree with EE, this bunker is definitely in the top 10 of places you have explored. Someone spent great effort to break into the sealed bunker, fortunately allowing our HH team to get in, but, like you, I hope it gets re-sealed to preserve it from other. less scrupulous, "treasure hunting" WW2 history explorers. The outside access toilet area on the first level was obviously for the near defence and nearby gun crews to use, and also the bunker's top level Operations staff, but could be sealed with the steel door in case of attack. Loved seeing all the light fittings, and switches, and the wood panelling still in place. Just amazing. And to see the bunker's generator still there. Incredible. That big water reservoir is just crying out to be drained. Who knows what's hiding on the bottom? Definitely one of our Teams best unexpected explorations. Thank you both for doing this for us. Stay safe! Cheers!

Outstanding video. The best bunker that I think you have ever found. I hope that it can be properly protected!! There can't be that many that are that well preserved. Do you know who owns it? Are such things automatically protected in some way? Is there any organisation that can be asked to seal it up? I am always struck by how nicely built these bunkers are - they are not roughly put together but instead everything is nicely fitted, all the wires and such like. I also like all the little details like the patterns left in the concrete by the wood used to frame the concrete and also the original wood still left inside the little gun ports.

The quality of construction and attention to detail of this bunker is remarkable. It is not just any bunker... without a doubt it was a very important one with a level of luxuries rarely seen in other places. That elements of the infrastructure are still preserved, that the wood that covered the walls has is remarkable. Thank you for bringing this material so that we can enjoy it, it's like going to a museum.

A fascinating location HH! It never stops amazing me that so much manpower and materials were expended on construction of installations like this one, and that most of them never saw action during WW2. It is also amazing to see so much equipment and artefacts still there. Really looking forward to more adventures like this one, with you and EE! Stay safe my friend, and greetings from Australia 🇦🇺!

@@WW2HistoryHunter Your welcome! I wish things were different so I can be a member. I miss those special videos! One day maybe I will get a piece of history from yaw. That would mean the world to me because my great grandfather fought in the trenches of World War 1 and lost his left lung to gass. My grandfather served in the Army after World War 2 helping rebuild Germany. He was repairing the big guns on tanks and jeeps. One popped and he lost 2/3 hearing in both ears. He passed last November. I was surprised by the family to be the one chosen to be given His folded flag by the Flag guard. I also got his Army coat. I also have his disabled vet metal, honorable discharged letter typed by his Lutinete /platoon officer, and honorable letter signed by President Jimmy Carter! I also never met my Great Grandfather and never seen a picture of him. I have his photo wearing his World War 1 uniform before leaving for the war!! I have a small photo of My grandfather or great-grandfather brother's in uniform. I have other personal artifacts of my grandfather like the old flip lighters. I am so blessed!!

Wow this is amazing! I do think you should consider contacting someone about getting some of those items in a museum and / or sealing up the bunker. Otherwise it will be stripped and vandalised in a mater of days or weeks.

The section you are in at around the 8 minute mark looks like a "sealed" communications zone. I have seen similar in Allied bunkers in the UK. The radio personnel and code books stay in the zone which is why there are bunks and the two little windows are where messages are passed in and out to the bunker itself. The "basement" to me looked like the site of the mess hall and kitchens. What an amazing find so cool. Thank you for sharing

Talk about big, Wow. The time, labor and materials had to cost millions. But Hitler didn't have to keep a budget. How many men did it take to fulfill it's purpose? Which was what? Nice work E E. Both of you make the best team anywhere.

You should probably start a kickstarter to buy the land that bunker is on and turn it into a museum. Would probably make for a unique experience for tourists, and might get more people interested in history.

Okay, that was just freaking AWESOME!!! So much original equipment still in there and not yet vandalized, graffitied, or destroyed by idiots! See you had the same thought I did that right after you left, they need to seal it up so people can't get inside. What I would really like to see is seal it up but reopen one of the doors (have it all locked up of course) so they could take people like us that appreciate this stuff on tours of the site! Just sat her is absolute fascination at you and EE going through it showing us everything. Thank you so much!
