As a professional vocalist, I personally don't rate it but I expect hearing it live it probably sounded excellent. I think the main issue is something sounds very empty to my ears and the strings are quite "chaotic" but in key none-the-less. I reckon the fact it's probably being recorded with some kind of handheld camera is part of the problem too. Some kind of post production would have worked wonders for this video to bring out the sparkle but as it is it sounds lacking. The vocals were excellent though.
