Mr Talagiri is our Hero. He has done excellent work on Indian history. Please buy his books . Govt agencies should also provide active support to such giant.
Huge respect for Srikanta ji... Was familiar with his works but today got to know about his journey. It inspired me so much.. I am also struggling right now for bread and butter for my family.. Although most of my day goes in studying indic topics I have to clear government exams for survival... The struggle between Need vs Interest, my brain wobbles... Inspired by Srikanta ji I am hopeful that someday I would also be able to pursue my passion and contribute to this ongoing Indic revolution.
Awesome to hear such a candid interview of one of the pillars of Indic revolution. I also liked his latest input on OIT on The Eastern Report UA-cam channel.
Thanks for this interview Shrikant ji and Saṅgam Talks! The words indicating spoked wheel (invented in around 2200 BCE) mentioned only in the later part of the Ṛgveda. Old Ṛgveda contains no spoked wheel references - this I find to be very substantial and crucial. Same about Shrikant ji's finding that the Mitanni related names and his finding that the common names in Avesta and Ṛgveda are found only in the later part of the Ṛgveda. These three alone defeats the arguments of AIT scholars who want to date Ṛgveda in around 1500 BCE. It also defeats the arguments of researchers who wants to date Mahabharata at 3000-3100 BCE and at 5561 BCE. Śaṃtanu - the great grandfather of the Pāṇḍavas - is mentioned as contemporary to the 10th Mandala of the Ṛgveda, the last / latest/ youngest Ṛgvedic Mandala. This means Śaṃtanu's son Vicitravīrya, his son Pāṇḍu, his sons Pāṇḍavas are later to 2200 BCE. Worldwide Archaeology (not just ASI) dates the spoked wheel invention to around 2200-2000 BCE period. Our Sinauli Chariot discovered by archaeologist Dr. Sanjay Manjul is dated to 2000-1800 BCE. It is revealed to be a spoked wheel reinforced by a solid rim - a next stage evolution of spoked wheels. This aligns with the archeology based Kurukshetra War date range of 1800-1700 BCE proposed by the professional archaeologist Dr. Sanjay Manjul and the astronomy based Kurukshetra War date of 1793 BCE proposed by the professional astronomer Dr. Ashok Bhatnagar. This alignment I call the Dyaus-Dhara consensus or the consensus of Kurukshetra War date by astronomy and archeology - represented by Dyaus (sky:- astronomy) and Dhara (earth:- archaeology). I recommend Saṅgam Talks organizers to also do a talk of Dr. Ashok Bhatnagar.
