- Last year the Bermuda Government made amendments to the National Pension Scheme that allows for a 1 time withdrawal from your private pension of up to $12k. It's 2021 and they are considering allowing ANOTHER withdrawal. What do you think?
**UPDATE: They are allowing people to withdraw up to $6k starting July 1st

UPDATE: From July 1st people will be allowed to withdraw a FURTHER $6,000 from their private pension funds.
Great content, shared in my groups! I guess the question is if you take this pension, can you make more than you would make if you left it..
From the last pension most people in my crypto group who put this money in crypto are already up between $110,000 & $200,00 on average (invested in ADA at $0.13 then today $1.21 & VET at $0.012 today is $0.22 just to give 2 examples). Not financial advice of course but like with anything good research and understanding will give good results... From my understanding you can always put the funds back.
Lastly as great as Warren Buffet WAS remember we are in new times and you have to adjust with the times or get left behind 😊

The idea to let people withdraw from their pension because we cannot seem to get our act together on a sensible economic plan is, frankly, disgusting.
There will be consequences for this....but nobody in cabinet will be around to deal with the fallout. Kicking the can down the road! haha
Awesome as usual. Some good ideas here. Why not switch it to voluntary in Oder to at least have the option?
