To beat a godly Jiren you need a godly Gogeta, what about using MUI Gogeta?
For these types of videos i think its fair for you to have capsules- but maybe you can have a choice to bring a CPU along to help you- but it will limit the use on capsules, maybe like 3 capsules per battle if you have an ally.

That other jiren mod does lose health after a bit, use a slightly less overpowered character against that jiren and you'll see he does take damage
