The lawmakers are voted to make laws, they are doing their jobs.
They are voted to make laws for the interest of those who voted them not for those who control them. So because they voted them, they can wake up and pass a law that enables them to sleep with anybody’s wife they want and they would pass it into law because they are legislators?.

What do you call what’s happening in the pdp, the national chairman was illegally suspended of which is he currently in court. While people who suspended him instead of appointing a replacement from his geo political zone, as clearly stipulated by the pdp constitution. Rather they illegally appointed the deputy chairman north east as the acting chairman . Which they have been sued to could for. The RSHA should not be seen as self serving. They should carry the electorates along in their law making process.
The people all over the country actually don't like governors appointing caretaker chairmen for the local government, they rather prefer going for elections to elect their local chairmen on a level playing ground.

Governor Fubara should withhold all the allocation to the illegal chairmen pending the reconstitution of the proper and elected chairmen.
The Assembly men are committing illegality and the should call them to order.
When the current tenure expires, the governor will go ahead and appoint new chief executive officers for the councils, and have them receive all the necessary funding for their respective areas. And if these current errant officers refuse to vacate office buildings, the newly appointed officers can operate from anywhere that the state government will provide. It’s very simple. There’s no need to fight with the troublemakers who call themselves assemblymen. They can go to court!

@@princeodogwu The governor can very comfortably do that. He will stand on the excuse that the legislators are no longer recognized by law having defected from the party that elected them. The courts will adjudicate on the matter until elections are conducted.

If the Governor should stand up to his own prerogative powers, the rats calling themselves assembly members cannot stand the consequences.
It is a big Shame to his Excellency the Governor of Rivers state, that he cannot respond to the bill passed by his own lawmakers. I'm so ashamed, what kind of Governor is this?
He won't reply because that law is illegal they are not part of his government
