Since you know you don't have control over that, let me give you an example when i was in school i had a english teacher who used to angry from me and one of my friend, she always used to punish we both everyday without any genuine reason, i was very frustrated and used to cry at home, and also i had my exams in few days. so in this particular situation i don't had any control over that and also i can't accept it, but i worked upon myself trying to calm and try to stay focus on studies instead of thinking that particular thing everyday, later i got 96 in english and literally i went at her to show my marks, she didn't tell anything but i was very happy at that time, hope you understood what i mean to say, at last i just want to say look around try to find solutions you'll definitely make it.

i get recommendation for this video multiple time but don't want to watch because of you thumbnailed but just give it a try , and boom your video is amazing , it like what ever i think daily you just put on my face , i'm not saying i go and check only fan i don't even know is that app available on play store or not , but few things are for me , can't able to focus , get irritated because of not doing anything productive and can't able to change my attitude and things , i tried to change , thinking of this from long time .
