Man oh man was this helpful! You’re build breakdowns and how to videos are some of the best ones on youtube, thanks for showing all of us how you work your magic! 🤘🏼👍🏻👍🏻 I 100% agree on the telescopic shocks, bind like crazy and sit like a monster truck. I have had them set up as big bores since getting them. Learned how to do that from you as well. Great information.
@@JPWirt Anytime Justin! Yeah I have tried talking in vids but its bad 😂. You do great though, and bring a calm/mellow vibe along also. Keep up the incredible work and crawls my friend!
I have of the Deadbolt and Kei truck. Still need to do one on the C10. Check out my SCX24 How-to & Builds playlist ua-cam.com/play/PLMluEQ-yts0D7c2AVuXiq4oqD5x5Lmw4x.html
Thanks for the feedback! I always think of better ways to explain stuff in the How-to & Build videos after I upload them. Hopefully it makes enough sense to help people.
I think well designed aftermarket rails that allow you to relocate components are worth it. I really like the Killr chassis, Hard Park Goblin, & there's a new one out called the Cheat Code.
Did you get that 3D printed cab over design offline somewhere or did you make it yourself? I would like to get one for myself! Also do you have to get different shocks to get them to sag down or can you just do something to the stock shocks?
www.etsy.com/listing/1124847752/the-special-kei-chassis-kit-for-the?gpla=1&gao=1& The angle the shocks are mounted on is what determines how far the axle will droop. Special Kei is running stock shocks. Check out my How-to playlist for the build overview and the shocks I used on the other trucks.
@@JPWirt so what my problem is when I mount my suspension on the side mounts where it kinda sits horizontal and in the rear. My suspension when I pick my car up my wheels like almost touch each other when I lift my car I’m the air
@@naturalpondscapes8538 ahhhh, I gotcha now. You need shorter shocks or limiting straps to keep the axles from drooping so much. Standing the shocks up more vertically will help that too. Try that first.
Yes. If you're on Facebook, I've uploaded the .dxf files in the 'Files' tab of the 'SCX24 Mods and Fun' group so anyone can have them made. I use www.sendcutsend.com to cut them and the brass link balls from MOFO RC. You also just reminded me I meant to make a video of how I finish them out.

Wow! Thanks Chris! I always feel weird talking to myself making those videos, so I'm glad they are actually helpful!

Awesome builds! It would be neat if you to make a break down video of each of your builds.

excellent video, great tips dude, will try some out😀👍👍
I wound up with this red deadbolt .got it on trade a couple months ago
That's awesome! Hope you like it. I had fun building & driving it. I traded it & the C10 for my TRX4 Bronco earlier this year.
Great content- very informative appreciate it!

Thanks man you make some awesome scx24s. I’m trying to base mine off your builds. I too love the content.
Thank you Jack!
The deadbolt looks clean man what chassis is that ?
Thanks! All three are on chassis I've designed.
Did you use anything as a guide to trim your fenders on your C10?? They look really clean I'd like to replicate them for my rig
Thanks. Here's my post about it in the SCX24 group on FB.

I’ll have to try the spacers on the shock mounts. Do you think the chassis rails are worth it?

Looks great! Did you make your sliders/electronic holders? If so would you be willing to make a set for sale?
Thanks! Send me an email. It's my channel name w/no spaces at gmail.

👍👍
How do you not make your wheels come closer together fully extender while mounting your suspension on the lowest you can go?
@@naturalpondscapes8538 I'm sorry I don't understand exactly what you're asking. Can you rephrase the question?
