I'm liking this band. Listened to 'Curator' before this and quite liked it but felt like it didn't do much. This is really good riffing. Also the vocals make me think of Earthtone9 which is nice and nostalgic.
By the way, Curator is the third movement of Painters Of The Tempest (Part II): Triptych Lux, with Creator and Cynosure
mrbtapir yeah like in the other comments, it's only part of a song. I highly suggest going for a long drive or chill at home and smoke out and just play the album all the way through. it's great.

0:53 is that Xenoyr singing right there too or is it just Tim? That "my" is very powerful and a bit different in terms of timbre than the rest of Tim's singing

Who played bass on this and what kind of strings are they using? It sounds a little like flat-wounds but I’m not sure.
You can look at the play through from the former bass player. If you look for Cygnus bass, you'll find a playthrough of this song. I'm not sure if he gives any details on his guitar though.
