  • I love old Junk Cars! This is not a Million Dollar find but who cares?
In 1976, the LTD Brougham was discontinued, and the Landau took over for those folks wanting the plush, signature ride that only the best could offer. Well, I guess they could have gotten a Mercury or a Lincoln if they wanted something better, but, you know what I mean. 1978 would be the last year of the full-sized Fords, although, looking back on them now, even the post-1979 models are huge compared to the size of most cars today. #barnfind #oldschool #ford #willitrun #oldcars #oldschool

Father had a 76 LTD Brougham. Always said it was the nicest car he ever owned.

That was a very popular car in its day. Seems to me, you would see a lot of them on the roadways. Can you say major gas guzzler by today's standards.

The Nationwide switch to ethanol enhance fuel in 2005, the mechanical fuel pumps of the metal cars they want to get off the road the ethanol dries out the rubber diaphragm and suddenly the big metal car won't start and run so they stick it in a garage and start driving their Echo EPA mandate plastic death pod. After many boat lawsuits of destroyed engines non-ethanol gasoline became available that can now start up and drive these nice mechanical pump iron block V8 American cars. They just want to be treated the way they were built and have real gasoline in their tank
