I'm obsessed with this! I've been really inspired to update my WFH setup but was literally just informed I have to head back to the office (after around 4 months?) in a week or so :') I will live vicariously through this video! That monitor stand is GORGEOUS! In other words, the seat I have at my office is so bad for my back that I'm wondering if I have to bring in my own chair lol

Lovely vlog! My cat's vet told me not to bathe her, but I just can't avoid... somehow she gets smelly paws and bum too lol so I just bath her once a month and she LOVES it. I also do some grooming trimming her bum's and paw's fur =) I think it is totally fine to bath your kiddos

Thanks for the compliment! I actually grew up learning North American English in Taiwan (just the usual- read a lot + podcast + foreign friends), but since I’ve lived in Australia for a while, my accents’ all blending together 😂
@@viviandotme that's not enough. Your muscle hurt because you strain them in one position and because they're too stretched in one pont and too weak on the other. It'd be good if you talked to your physiotherapist about the right kind of excises and what to focus on. I had the same issue and since I started going climbing and training in general i got rid of 99% of the pain!
Vivian, the ergonomics of your home office is awful, you should have your elbows and knees at right angles and your eyes should be in line with the top third of your monitor so you are looking slightly downwards. You could probably fix it by raising your chair height a lot and then using a little footstool to keep your legs grounded. Would also suggest a lower back pillow if you are not sitting up against the back of the chair. I am not suprised you are ending up in pain from working like that all day!
Hi Sophia, thanks for the feedback but I certainly did not casually drop a few K just so I have content to film 😂💸 It’s a setup I thought would improve productivity and work best for me in the long run, and I see them as an investment for the kind of work I do 🙂
