    Indeed, expecting the world to be fair with you because you are fair to everyone else, is like expecting a Lion NOT to eat you because you did not eat him. mental mental, everything stems from a vision a thought a goal, but doing it is repetition, intelligence, knowledge, discipline and most importantly consistency, then applying all this with hunger and an iron will, once that switch has been switched in the mind all this becomes autominous. only then you don't even hear notice the nay sayers, you won't even have time to look in the mirror, when you eventually do one day down the line it's who's that looking back at me wow, that's pride. look beyond the mirror!

      What's your story

    • @danch10
      @danch10 3 роки тому +6

      @@georgiemartin6236 Into fitness for 20 years, from a young age I was competing in athletics, eventually made my way into the army where I spent 2 years training specifically for SAS. I could run 2.4km in 8 mins, run a BET with 45kg pack in 48 mins, CFT with 20kg in 16mins, deadlift 180kg, walked thousands of km's with a 45kg pack and all at only 70kg in weight.
      I also boxed for years after failing SAS selection. Used to train 2-3 hours a night boxing 6 days a week, absolute machine..
      Basically went through a break-up from a 10 year relationship after failing sas and went insane with training for years, I would litterally fall asleep and crash when I got home from work everyday and then still go train for hours every night. Never got rocked or hit the canvas while boxing.
      For years my body was screaming at me to rest but I pushed on like this guy says to do, without training intelligently and burnt my self out... Push your self!!! but train fucking smart! This guy is a genetic freak and can possibly endure more suffering and stress than the average person, he is lucky.
      I didn't stop when I was tired.... I stopped when my fucking body was done lol and trust me it was done..
      This is only about 20% of my story and would need a write a book on my life.

    From my own personal experience, the pit of despair can go as deep as you're willing to allow it to go and it will push even further than that.
    What no one tells you is that on the other side of that floor, while you're sitting at the bottom of your mind, is a source of energy. It's not easy, it's nowhere near easy. It's probably the hardest thing you'll ever do, to break down that wall.
    The thing waiting on the other side, the abyss, cosmic horror, call it whatever you want. It is not something you ever want to be facing.
    Look too long and you'll go crazy, run away and you'll never change. But if you accept that this is part of you, it changes you in ways that words cannot describe.
    The only problem beyond that is getting the results from inside your head, out into the real world. That's where I struggle the most.
