- Today I tried playing through Bloodborne but at what cost? I randomized the entire game including enemies and items to create a brand new chaotic experience! After playing through Elden Ring as my first every souls game from Fromsoft, I played through Bloodborne and kick started my channel. Since then I have played through all of the other Fromsoft titles and have now returned to my roots once again to take on this funny challenge.

It's not Miyazaki's fault that the game is only on playstation btw, same with Demon's Souls. Despite the amount of times Fromsoft tried to get the IP for both games, Playstation went silent on them, refusing to respond into anything on a note of giving them that.
Yeah I really wish Sony would let them make a remaster or a PC port but I guess they don't like money 😔
@@itsSpicyGaming Funilly enough, It's not about the money, It's about Sony being wrong on the fact that that Demon's Souls would flop as a game and that Bloodborne would not sell at all.
They were both wrong and wasted to prove it again with PS5, still being wrong. This is just them being petty.

Minor note from the intro: Miyazaki loves his Bloodborne baby, but Sony exclusively owns the IP. Even if he and Fromsoft wanted to to something with it, they can't on their own.
Its up to Sony entirely if something happens with BB, and they remain criminally negligent.
I am so glad I got a PlayStation it lets me gatekeep this baby and it's EASILY my favorite game of all time
Maybe Sony will pull a Demon's Souls all over again and do Bloodborne Remake for the launch of the PS6

Fighting a gore-covered monster on the surface of a pristine lake that becomes progressively more red as it absorbs blood from the boss is an absolutely amazing aesthetic concept for a boss fight.

@@RrraverCrow the software is stored on the system itself, not on the hard drive. Sony has taken some extreme measures to avoid downgrading. It's only possible to do it to the last downloaded version

A new ps4 jailbreak for more recent firmwares was released a few months ago. It would be hilarious but fucked up if your original ps4 could have used the new jailbreak instead of needing to buy the other ps4.

If I had a nickel for every time I saw a phase 2 Orphan of Kos in the Father Gascoigne boss fight in a Bloodborne randomizer, I'd have 2 nickels. Which isn't a lot, but its kind of weird that it happened twice, right?
Xentain did a bloodborne randomizer about a year ago and had a phase 2 Orphan as phase 2 of the Gascoigne boss fight.

You can’t use bolt or fire paper on weapons that by default have arcane damage.
It’s annoying but yeah that’s basically it, only know bout blades of mercy and the burial blade, don’t have the dlc but there might be another base game one idk.

Great video btw! Just finished the platinum for bloodborne myself and am about to start in DS2, this was a joy to watch. Disappearing Moon Presence because of Mergo’s Wet Nurse’s disappearing move is hilarious 😂

This just shows how much effort goes into the boss designs and arena for boss fights because…god this game is so goofy without the specific enemy types in their areas. Also sad you don’t get the ambience or lore tied to it- but 10/10 silly ahhh video. Sony we are begging for you to give us BB2 we are starving

The creator has tried to approach getting ports and remasters on other platforms for this game and demon souls but Sony keeps shutting it down because they thought both games would be flops so they won't put business work into clearing the license.
At least, that is what they say publicly. At this point it is well known that both those games are great and would sell incredibly on PC and Sony is being petty trying to keep as many exclusives as they can

This tells me one thing: Bloodborne poorly translated mod is possible, somebody needs to make it happen
the beast blood pellets are amazing. the problem is that you don't build up the meter at all and thus you get hardly any damage out of it.
Should have taken the parasite at the start. Missed rare opportunity to get the magic melee build.
Although you would have needed some flat arcane gems to really bring out the potential admittedly.
Admittedly Moonlight and the spear are my favorite weapons though so I don't know if I would have been strong enough to turn those down. That was the perfect first 3 weapons.

So, as much as I have played BB, never in any of my time playing have I see whatever the hell that is at 18:20. Would someone care to explain? Is that an effect of the randomizer like throwing in cut content or is that some Chalice Dungeon specific enemy I am just not aware of?
It’s Logarius’ sword. During his boss fight he can put his sword down and it does what was shown. You can hit the sword to remove the whole swords flying at you thing. It has its own hit box, which is why it counts as a separate enitity

This is still my favorite game by From Software. Still find it funny that on my first 2 playthroughs i didnt realize the Blood-Starved Beasts flaps were skin. I thought it was some kind of hood or cloak. Amplified my appreciation of the boss tenfold when i realized.

I’ve always wanted to try Bloodborne, but never found myself being able to get into it. Elden ring was my first so you can imagine the shock I had at the difference. But after watching your first play through, I fully got into it and now it’s one of my favourite games. Loving your content man, keep it up

It's because it Amelia (an aggressive fast melee boss) and rom (a passive high damage ranged boss) at the same time. They perfectly compliment each other.

Why did you pick the spear over Ludwig's holy moonlight blade?
The spear is the weapon you get after the ones from the hunters dream in every normal playthrough.
The holy moonlight sword is such a fun weapon in BB and a Fromsoftware favorite that appears in almost every game they make (that isn't Sekiro; I don't know about the armored core games).
That choice just kinda kills the whole video for me. 😞
It is kind of cosmic funny that the very first boss on the run is both the final bosses from the base game and DLC :3

Bro i was able to mod bloodborne on my ps5 for a randomize everything from loot to bosses to weapons my first weapons included Ludwigs holy blade the saw spear or kirkhammer and for ranged reapesting pistol or blunderbuss

there's not a single bloodborne video I've seen where Ludwig is mentioned and the creator doesn't put a picture of Ludwig the streamer on screen
blood starved beast was my Most Beloathed boss in my first playthrough, so i have learned to parry that motherfucker like im actually good at the game. nothing more satisfying than not letting that fucker move in a fight.
