- Russia's Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that LGBTQ activists should be designated as extremists, in a move that representatives of gay and transgender people fear will lead to arrests and prosecutions.
The move is part of a pattern of increasing restrictions in Russia on expressions of sexual orientation and gender identity, including laws outlawing the promotion of "non-traditional" sexual relations and banning legal or medical changes of gender.
The Supreme Court took around five hours to issue its ruling, after opening its session at 10 a.m. local time.

Russia amassed troops near its and Belarus's border with Ukraine. Ukraine wasn't so sure Russia would do something so stupid. It then sent it's tanks through the border and went straight for Kiev. The intent was obvious and even Lukashenko showed further plans to invade Moldova.

Just before Russian entered Ukraine, Ukraine intensified fire on Donbas, there is only so much patience Russia can have for this.

Why would you respect homophobia denying a people's civil right to organize groups to advance their protections and rights? The Constitution of the USA specifically grants the citizens the right to assemble peacefully with whomever they wish for the political purpose of petitioning the government for redress of grievance. In simple words, as long as you don't attract too much attention to yourself, then do what you want.
