Improving is difficult. Your probably making one type of mistake again and again so 1) Identify it 2) find avoid to not make the mistake and 3) do 1 and 2 without messing up the rest of your game...
I don't teach much - but lots of good teachers out there. In general it is important to think before you search for a teacher. Questions like: 1) What do the players above me do, that I don't? 2) What is my biggest weakness? 3) And how do I work on it? In general: Chess is for the long run and there are no quick fixes that will work, but if you work smartly on your self you will improve more than the average player

My rating stuck in 1200 elo I solve daily puzzles and play games and analyse them still not improving
