Yes you can use Camera without NVR/DVR but the video will not be recorded it will work as live view only. alternate you can use IP Camera which comes with MicroSD card slot . so you can save recordings also without NVR

I'd like to say sorry on behalf of this content creator. They're just not aware of the content they have out there for the whole world to watch. See, india is a very weird country when it comes to languages. They find it easy to write and read in english, but not necessarily fluent in the actual conversations or explanations in english. What this channel should have done is prefixed the video title with - In hindi language - so that those who don't speak the hindi language know about it on the first glance and then can stay away from this video. This is just lazy from the content creator. They don't care about how they come across to the rest of the world. As long as they get clicks and likes, and generate a bit of revenue, they're quite happy with it. The video is from 2023 and the video is in 480p quality so take a hint. Unfortunately most Indians are self-obssessed, do not try to improve their communication skills, and certainly cannot take a joke to save their lives. Anyway apologies again and hoping you don't land in to such a weird part of youtube again.
