It’s middle of July already! So here is a compilation of my early July Shopping in Daiso, drugstore and also supermarket! I have fast forwarded just a little thinking it would be more enjoyable to watch. Let me know how you think? ≥≤
I prefer the videos normal speed. Maybe the faster speed confused me a little as not used to watching your vlog in this way. The grocery hauls are always interesting
The prices for groceries amaze me compared to those in the US right now. For example, a dozen eggs is at minimum over 530 yen here unless we buy 5 dozen at a time in a warehouse store like Costco where we can pay about 1700 yen. Bread is 550 yen and milk is over 550 yen per quart. You can buy a gallon at a time for less at the warehouse store.
Your videos are so much fun to watch! I love seeing the differences in your markets compared to here in the U.S. (I'm in Kansas). Some items I've never heard of and I always look them up and want to try them. Thank you so much for sharing a piece of your world! ❤️
Thank you too for spending my time with me 💛 please feel free to ask me if you need some more explanation about what I bought! I will be happy to share! As I like to learn about others culture, especially eating culture, myself, I can totally understand your curiosity 🎶☺️💛
You are so good at organizing your grocery cart so that all the items are not damaged and remain in perfect condition. I love that! I am also very excited for you and the boys about the beach trip. I am sure you will have so much fun! The Taiwanese pineapples the always look so delicious and perfectly ripe. Here, when I buy pineapple, they are more green and I think from Hawaii and just don't seem as ripe, probably because they were picked and shipped way too green. I used to teach adults and one class I had, 2 ladies came from Hawaii and brought me a ripe pineapple. It was the most delicious I have ever had. That's what I imagine your Taiwanese pineapples tasting like. 😊
Yes, the pineapple 🍍 from Taiwan is really sweet! In general I like pineapple, I used to have pineapple from Philippines, they are very tasty too! Sour and sweet! Pineapple from Taiwan is sweet and less sour!
I love how kids are much the same across the world. When you squeaked that toy and said that was not a good idea. 😆 I thought the exact same thing. Squeaky toys on long car rides are very bad. 🤣
Hi Linna! I'm so excited for you to go on your family beach trip soon!! I'm going on a little trip next week too. It will be nice to get away with my family and not work. 😀😍🥳 Be well, Friend 🥰🤗🌷🌻🌼
Hi Jennifer!!! Nice to know you are going on a trip!!! Have fun! I hope you will have a relaxing time with your family, and not working! 💛💛💛 ps: I will be “working” on and off even I go in trip! UA-camr work everywhere 🤣🤣🤣
It's funny how the same things in different countries are named different names. Here in America we call lady fingers Okra [Oak-rah] and a Ladyfingers is a small finger-shaped Sponge Cake. 😆Hehehe, eggs are on top of the meats during this shop. I bet you don't remember my comment on how I stress about your eggs making it home without breaking; because other things get stacked on top most of the time.🥚🍳🐣🙂 p.s I also wanted to thank you for the English captions; I really appreciate them.🥰💝
In Japanese, lady finger is called Okra! I think it’s just my personal preference 😅 but I am surprised that lady finger can be a cake too 😂 I remember now when you point out! But honesty, I never crack anything I bought, including my precious eggs 🥚 😅
Yes, you are right! As I mentioned in the title and comment, these are clips of my shopping in early July! I gather them together to make an “only shopping” vlog for those who like to see just shopping ! Sorry if I confused you 🙏
Suprise.. Groceries price in japan are cheaper than in indonesia. From snacks, some vegetables also fruits. Amasing. Why people thought indonesia is cheaper?? I am also a house wife and go to traditional market and supermarket. Wonder why in japan is cheaper than in indonesia
