I was kinda shocked when they said they got help from an hoa. Usually you hear about them being bad. It’s honestly nice to see/hear about for a change.

Honestly this would’ve been better for the inner 240 area of Memphis. Cordova is actually due for deannexation back to Shelby County. This is just my opinion. I can remember when Herenton was in office and he laid out plans for Peabody Place and also a plan for something called “G Street” that was supposed to be a family entertainment street. Seeing time pass and things coming and going in Memphis make you wonder what really does the future hold for this city that still is living in the shadow of the MLK assassination….. 🤔
