Really enjoyed your video on the Saxonia. I love the ALS brand. It's obvious that you do as well. I like that you described the financial moves you made to acquire the piece. The Lange 1 is my pick but it's really difficult for me to even consider allocating that kind of money for a watch. I probably will eventually purchase the piece and your video definitely gave me the confidence to do it. Love your accent as well. I was born and raised in the Caribbean, so I know that kind of money can change people's circumstances and here I am buying a watch for thousands. But I guess we have to make ourselves happt too. I always ask :) There is always an option to personalise watched even if not advertised. Boutiques actually like it because then they know you are not a dry reseller but rather someone who wants to enjoy the piece

Congratulations! It's a beautiful watch and extremely well made. I hope you wear it and enjoy it in the best of health for many years to come. It's such a high quality piece that it will last for generations. Perhaps one day your grandchild will enjoy it! And just one note - please, please reconsider discarding the box and other materials that came with the watch. Save everything! It gives this special piece provenance that future generations will be grateful to have.
Thanks, my hope is that my kids would cherish the watch because it belonged to me and bears my energy and history, not because of its resale value. It won’t be pristine by the time I leave this world that’s for sure 😂

Hello I just stumbled across your unboxing video. I have a Lange with the sparkly blue dial. I love it SO MUCH. For years i bought
Rolex watches... NOW I will NEVER go back to Rolex. Lange has more style and it's not worn by the masses. I would love another but I am not a collector. I am a one watch person. When I buy a new watch I always sell the one I have. BUT this one will be my last one because I just LOVE it so much. lol BUT... I wanted to mention that I was absolutely horrified that you threw out the box. If you ever go to sell the watch for whatever reason....having the original box and papers and EVERYTHING that came with the watch will bring ALOT more money. When I was buying Rolex I even saved the hang tags. It ALL matters. Maybe you didnt realize this.... but in the future.... save everything that comes with the watch.... even the receipt. Are you going to show us your new custom ordered strap ? Or did you post it in a video I missed? OK.... glad you love your Lange. Wear it in good health.

She doesn't know that those bags etc.. one day will make the watch much more valuable - everyone always says they will never resell the watch - how many Rolex guys wish they had the catalogs etc... 10 years later
She knows. She just does not care enough to keep them

@Ouga_Official this version, the saxonia 35mm mother of pearl dial, and the vc traditionelle small seconds at 6 o clock are the ones on my wishlist right now.
I intend to wear it as a dress piece forever and hand it down if that's an option as well. Just have to save for it I guess. Costly stuff to pay off upfront!
Beaitiful watch, such a masterpiece, and a lovely configuration. I am inyerested in the engraving on the balance cock, namely, was there an exyra charge? I looked at a saxonia 35mm for my wife at one point and they had a piece available, but I never knew of the engraving option, that really impressed me. Unfortunatelly, she decided on another piece, but asking for myself in the future :).
I think it was 260 pounds for the engraving

I have initials on Cartier too so you have to ask as they don’t necessarily tell you. The cost of any customisation depends on the level of detail but they tell you upfront how much it would cost and you decide

An unboxing shouldn't take 24 minutes. We didn't see the watch until almost 14 minutes, and finally started discussing the watch itself at 15:30. This could've been a 10 minute video. I would recommend shortening the videos if you want people to watch (see what I did there).
The other solution is to put time tags so you have the option to skip.
