How to make a powerful horn. Sounds like a truck or a train even a boat

HOW TO MAKE AN INCREDIBLE POWERFUL HORN
SOUNDS LIKE A TRUCK OR A TRAIN OR EVEN A BOAT
With a few materials, very economical, easy to find and some practically free or recycled, we can build, in a moment, a powerful horn that resembles that of a truck or train
Note: The sound of the horn in this video does not correspond, much less, to the actual sound. It must be for some automatic system of correction of the sound intensity of my recording equipment.
To make this horn you need:
A PVC stopper (50mm diam. inside)
A tank accessory, with its nut (1/2 inch)
A tube (for blowing) diam. 8mm, lenght 35 mm
A good quality plastic bag
A clamp
The horn of a trumpet (toy)
Epoxy glue
